| Q. Do you charge for your services? A. No. We do not charge for investigations, however, donations are helpful to cover the cost of gas and equipment, though we do not require them. |
| Q. Do you find something on every investigation? A. No, not on every investigation. Many times we come back with nothing, however that does not always mean that something is not there. |
| Q. I've requested an investigation, how long do I need to wait to hear back from someone? A. We try to reply to all investigation requests within 24 hours. |
| Q. What kind of evidence will I be presented with? A. Although many groups will present pictutes of "Orbs", we discount them as most times they are merely nothing but dust or pollen. All EVPs ( electric voice phenomen) are scrutinized and run through a decible filter before they are presented. Any evidence we feel may be tained is discounted and is NOT presented to our clients. |

| Q. Some groups use "mediums" and the like, does MAPSS do that too? A. No. We have 35 years of combined investigative experience. If what we find could not be used to convince a judge in a court of law, we dismiss it. |
| Q. Do you want to know all about my experiences before you come to investigate? A. No. We like to go in with as little information as possible before our investigations. We may ask questions afterward to see if we have had the same experiences you have had. The mind is a funny thing and is easily fooled. We want as "clean" as an investigation as possible. |
